The Fund Manager is responsible for all finances and accounting for the Rolfe/Campbell Humanities Group, which oversees the Department of Spanish & Portuguese and Department of Linguistics, and splits time between the two departments. Duties include the following:

  • Manage faculty and department funds, contracts and grants, internal and external grants, ledger/account reconciliation, purchasing and reimbursements, travel and entertainment policy and procedure, intercampus payments and departmental deposit transmittals, and budget projections.
  • Process non-payroll expenses, oversee payroll funding, and establish department policy and procedures for financial transactions.
  • Supervise the Department Coordinators in both departments on financial and purchasing-related transactions.
  • Provide back-up services for the Chief Administrative Officer and Academic Personnel Officer, serves as the primary Department Security Administrator (DSA) along with the CAO and back-up Building Coordinator.
