Marisa Belausteguigoitia: “We Paint Ourselves” (respondent: Professor Alicia Gaspar de Alba)

The Urban Humanities lecture series – Marisa Belausteguigoitia, Professor of Philosophy and Letters and the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, will speak on work related to her recent documentary film We Paint Ourselves: Art, Justice, and Gender, which tells the stories of 50 women at the Santa Martha Acatitla prison in Mexico.
