"Revealing Sebastião Salgado" is the first Brazilian documentary about one of the world’s most respected contemporary photographers, who is also the subject of the recent Oscar-nominated film by Wim Wenders and Juliano Ribeiro Salgado, “The Salt of the Earth.” Directed by Betse de Paula and shot largely in Salgado’s apartment in Paris, “Revealing Sebastião Salgado” offers a more intimate portrait of the photographer than does the Wenders/Salgado film.
